Quick, you have a train to catch. $4000 in five minutes!
After chatting with my girlfriends today--what would you do with $4000? I came home with great ideas. I'm sitting here, sifting through Manolo Blahnik's page and guess what? He doesn't make shoes in an eleven. Sniff. That was going to be an easy $500-$1000 spent. But no, Mr. Blahnik doesn't think the large-footed should have lovely, delicate, well contructed shoes.
Know who does? My main man, Franco Sarto. So I'm going to really outfit myself with some Franco Sartos--flats and heels. I would have dropped $1000 on two pair of Manolo's, so why not spend the same amount (gasp! $1000 on shoes????) on this designer instead. Averaging $80 a pair, that is 12 new pairs of shoes that I'm going home with.
When I get home, where will I sit to put on my new shoes? I think it is time for a new couch. Don't you all?
This summer when I thought I was going to buy a new couch--it was something along these lines. Red, but I want it in microfiber instead of brushed canvas. It is from Pottery Barn and is about $2200.
That leaves $800 for the day.
I've already taken more than the five minutes I allotted and am really going to be late to Mollie's party. While I'm sitting here, my sister is sending me ideas on how to spend my fun money.
I think I'll finish up the living room with two of these chairs. Not in this color... Two chairs is $1069, so I'll have to maybe just get 10 new pair of Sartos.

Opening day is this week for the Cubs. You could organize a box or a rooftop gathering for as many people as you want.
I love it. Good. Do have an awesome day.
